Welcome and Congratulations

We are not here to sell you anything and we don't want your email address. We know why you are here. You are tired of feeling bad about your weight. You probably tried some fad diets, you know, "the vegetable soup diet," or the "avoid food x" diet, or the "avoid food" diet. We imagine they didn't work, because even though you lost weight, you weren't going to continue with your new found diet.

 

Maybe you tried pills, or (eek) surgery? Maybe you tried getting a partner, or maybe you tried something we haven't mentioned. Whatever you tired - it didn't work. How do we know? (Well, first of all, you came here) Well, they were NEVER going to work, because they are not sustainable. You probably even knew they would never work. Maybe you thought - let me just get skinny and then when I am I will CHANGE MY LIFESTYLE, but why didn't you just change your lifestyle in the first place? Because it isn't easy. Obviously. That's why you are here.

 

So, congratulations on making it here. If you thought you were weak, you were wrong. If you thought you were lost, you were wrong. If you thought you weren't worth it, again, you were wrong.
